Our decluttering service fees:

Initial Payment:

$200 non-refundable (covers up to the first 3 hours of service)

Additional Time:

$70 per hour beyond the initial 3 hours

🧭 Assessment, Planning & Sorting

Review goals for the space (function, flow, ease of use)

Identify high-stress or high-clutter areas

Create a simple, realistic decluttering plan

Establish priorities and time focus for the session

Guide clients through sorting items into: Keep, Donate, Discard, Relocate

Assist with decision-making (what stays, what goes, what belongs elsewhere)

Help reduce duplicates and unused items

Support emotional or sentimental decision moments (at client’s pace)

📘 Completion, Education & Maintenance

Help bag or box donation items

Designate donation drop-off areas

Provide suggestions for local donation centers (client handles drop-off unless otherwise arranged)

Prepare discard piles for client disposal

Teach simple habits to prevent re-cluttering

Share strategies for daily and weekly upkeep

Offer personalized tips for staying organized long-term

Provide a short recap of what was accomplished and next steps

Cleaning (mopping, scrubbing, dusting, washing, vacuuming)
Trash removal off-site
Heavy lifting beyond reasonable safety
Repairs, installations, or moving services
Hoarding cleanup or biohazard services
